By purchasing our services, you ("client," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. SERVICES

Monthly Packages: Quick Start, Growth Engine, and Elite Package include recurring monthly services as described on our Pricing page.
One-Time Add-Ons: Individual services purchased separately, delivered once.
Turnaround Times: Listed on each service page. Times assume prompt client feedback and content provision.
 
3. PAYMENT & BILLING

Setup Fees: Due immediately upon contract signing.
Monthly Fees: Billed automatically on the same date each month.
Add-Ons: Paid in full at time of purchase.
Late Payments: Accounts 7 days past due may be paused. 30 days past due may be terminated.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime. No long-term contracts. 30-day notice appreciated but not required.
 
4. REFUNDS

Setup Fees: 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Not happy? We'll make it right or refund your setup fee.
Monthly Fees: No refunds for partial months. Cancel before next billing date.
Add-Ons: No refunds once work has begun. Work not started may be refunded minus 10% processing fee.
 
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

• Provide necessary access (website, Google Business Profile, social accounts)

• Respond to requests within 48 hours

• Provide content, photos, and feedback in a timely manner

• Review and approve work within the revision window

Delays caused by client inactivity may extend turnaround times.
 
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Work: We retain rights to our templates, processes, and methodologies.
Your Content: You own your logo, copy, images, and final website. We may use your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
Third-Party Tools: We use Wix, Google, Meta, and other platforms. You agree to their terms as well.
 
7. LIMITATIONS

We do not guarantee:

• Specific search rankings (Google controls algorithms)

• Specific number of leads or sales (market factors vary)

• 24/7 availability (we're human, not robots)

We do guarantee:

• Professional work

• Clear communication

• Best practices in all services

 
8. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate with written notice. Upon termination:

• Monthly billing stops

• Client retains completed work

• Access to tools/platforms may be revoked

• Outstanding fees remain due

 
9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Disputes resolved in Bexar County, Texas.
 
10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of new terms.
